Het zijn 3 losse onderdelen en zien er gewoon nieuw uit. Hebben maar heel even onder de auto gezeten en het is allemaal pasklaar. Wil je net een iets sportiever geluid en wat meer free flow. Kies dan voor deze opties... nanderhand met een Larini of Tubi einddempers heb je helemaal een prachtig geluid.

Maserati 3200 GT, Larini 'Sports'Centre Section:

The 1 piecefactory cat section is a lengthy component that connects between the turbos andthe rear link pipes. This factory component incorporates 4 catalysts: a set of primarycatalysts, one bolted to each turbo, and a pair of secondary catalysts mountedside by side, wrapped in a silencer casing, housed under the front seats area.While these catalysts are a cost effective way of securing an emissions pass inall countries for the 3200 they are massively restrictive.

The Maserati 3200’s Twin Turbo V8 engine produces quiteunusual acoustic wave characteristics. If one replaces the factory cat sectioncompletely with a pipe-only de-cat assembly, the 3200 will sound horrendouslybassy; louder than even a Chevy V8 – not the desired sound for a Maserati3200 GT. After months of development Larini Systems has designed a highperformance Cat replacement section which incorporates a free-flow resonator todial out excessive sound frequency. Instead the Larini Sports Centre Sectionoffers a truly epic Italian sound while offering noticeable power gains.

The Larini‘Sports’ Centre Section replaces the original secondary catalysts.Once fitted, low speed driveability is dramatically improved. TheLarini Sports Centre Section reduces backpressure so as to make the powerdelivery of the car more linear, by aiding smoother turbo-spool-up. This makesthe car significantly easier to drive at low rpm and reduces excessive throttlesensitivity whilst actually boosting power at high rpm. The 'Sports' Centre Section offers one of the most economical meansof releasing power from the 3200 GT's engine: -

Larini ‘De-Cat’Pipes are high temperature resistant, hollow pipes, which replace the 3200'sprimary catalytic converters. Exhaust flow is completely unobstructed throughthese 'straight-through' components and as result there is an extremelynoticeable power gain. Temperatures are reduced, as acceleratedgas-flow minimizes engine-bay temperatures by dissipating heat moreeffectively. This is particularly important for improved performance, as coolertemperatures boost engine efficiency while protecting the turbos from prematurefailure. Turbo performance is notably aided, once coupled with the Larinide-cat turbo down pipe.

Furthermore, the muffling effect provided by the bulky stock catsis eliminated, significantly enhancing volume levels. A 3200GT equipped withLarini ‘Sports’ Rear Boxes, ‘Sports’ Centre Section and‘De-Cat’ Pipes will offer a truly staggering acoustic opera withsimply shattering performance. Under acceleration the car simply hankers downunder throttle load and accelerated endlessly. While 'De-Cat'Pipes offer one of the most economical means of releasing power from theMaserati 3200, there are technical and legal implications to be considered.

Misschien handig om bij te zetten wat de nieuwprijs was?

Als je het nu besteld betaald je er € 1.100,- euro voor.

Toen ik hem kocht was de koers anders en heb er € 1.240,- voor betaald.

Op de hagelnieuwe set is dat dus een mooie korting.... }{}{|

Zou graag een net wat diepere sound willen hebben bij mijn 3200. kan ik dan uit de voeten met deze set?

Een wat diepere sound zeg je.... die bereik je vooral met het wisselen van je einddempers. De zaken die ik aanbied worden meestal in combo gedaan MET de einddempers. Ik ben alleen nooit toegekomen aan de einddempers. Doe een leuk bod en ze zijn van jou.

Waar is deze set eigenlijk ooit gebleven? Term, heb jij die overgenomen?
